You are 100% right, the allegations by Powel and Giuliani have in many instances been over the top to put it nicely.

The real issue is not about fraud but about was the laws as passed by the state legislature followed. Trump has won in some court cases and then overturned at appeal. But the only court that counts is the Supreme court. Whether it goes there or not is the question. And Trump not only needs 1 but 3 or more Hail Marys. But when I listen to some liberals and how they claim to make challenges to the court is destroying our democracy IMHO is none sense. But I would need to write a whole article as there have been many challenges and each one would take up a lot of space.
